CAITLIN LYNCH - FIORDILIGI (2/26 & 2/28)
Caitlin Lynch is one of the most promising young sopranos on the threshold of a prominent career. She was awarded first-place in the 2008 Houston Grand Opera Competition, and recently made her main-stage Houston debut as Hero in Beatrice et Benedict and Female Soloist in the American premiere of Chorus!. Additional noted performances from the past few seasons include the Countess in Le Nozze di Figaro at Opera Lyra Ottawa, Glimmerglass Opera and Michigan Opera Theatre; Fiordiligi in Così Fan Tutte at the Arizona Opera; Donna Anna in Don Giovanni at Michigan Opera Theatre; Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni with Opera Carolina; and Leila in Les Pêcheurs des Perles and Alice Ford in Falstaff at Opera Cleveland. Upcoming, she performs Micäela in Carmen at the Seattle Opera, Eliza in the world premiere of Nico Muhly’s Dark Sisters at the Opera Company of Philadelphia and Gotham Chamber Opera in N.Y.C., and Konstanza in Die Entführung aus dem Serail at the Arizona Opera.

JURGITA ADAMONYTE - DORABELLA (2/25 & 2/27)

Lithuanian mezzo-soprano Jurgita Adamonytė’s operatic debut was in 2002 as Zerlina in Don Giovanni at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. In 2003 she sang Maddalena in Rigoletto at the Czech National Moravian-Silesian. Recently at the Royal Academy Opera, she sang Eustazio in Handel's Rinaldo. In October 2006 she sang Scipio in the world premiere of Caligula by D. Glanert at the Frankfurt Opera Theatre, and in May 2007 made her debut with Chicago Opera as Ursula in Beatrice et Benedict by H. Berlioz. She recently played Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro with the Salzburg FestSpiele Tour of Japan, as well as Idamante in Idomeneo in concerts at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw. Future engagements include Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro, Lucienne in Die Tode Stadt, Nicklausse (cover) in Les Contes de Hoffmann, and Hänsel (cover) in Hänsel und Gretel at Covent Garden, and the Port of London Centenary Concert. Ms. Adamonyté’s obtained a Master of Music degree from the Lithuanian Academy of Music in 2004.   In June 2006 she graduated from postgraduate Opera course at the Royal Academy of Music in London. During her time in London, Ms. Adamonytė won the Opera Rara Bel Canto Prize.

PATRICIA RISLEY - DORABELLA (2/26 & 2/28)
Patricia Risley is a long time veteran of Palm Beach Opera. She sang the role of Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro in 2009 and the title role in Carmen in 2004. Ms. Risley is also a frequent guest at the Metropolitan Opera where she made her debut as Tebaldo in Don Carlo and has returned for Tisbe in La cenerentola, Ciesca in Gianni Schicchi, and Mercedes in Carmen. She will return to the Met this coming season to sing in La Traviata. Additionally, has sung with the Lyric Opera of Chicago including Siebel in Faust, Stephano in Roméo et Juliette, and Meg Page in Falstaff. Other roles include Dorabella in Così fan tutte and Varvara in Kátya Kabanová with the Santa Fe Opera; Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia, Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro, and Farnace in Mitridate with Wolf Trap Opera. Her German debut took place at the Staatsoper Berlin as Cherubino in a new production of Le nozze di Figaro, performances of which were televised and released on DVD. Patricia Risley’s 2010-11 season includes her debut with New York City Opera as Dinah in Bernstein’s A Quiet Place and Santa Fe Opera for Margret in Wozzeck.

NORMAN SHANKLE - FERRANDO (2/25 & 2/27)
Norman Shankle appeared last season with Palm Beach Opera as Cassio in Otello.  He has enjoyed success singing the leading Mozart tenor roles which include Idomeneo and Don Giovanni with Stattstheater Stuttgart, Don Giovanni in Verona and Reggio Emilia, Zaide with Vienna Festwochen and the Mostly Mozart Festival in New York.  He recently performed Cosi fan Tutte with De Nederlandse Oper, Ernesto in Don Pasquale in Geneva and Haydn's Creation with Orchestre National Bordeaux. In 2010-11 he is Almaviva in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Dresden, Tamino in Detroit at the Michigan Opera Theatre, and Ernesto in Don Pasquale and Renaud in Gluck's Armide in Berlin In 2009-10 he debuted the Dallas Opera as Ernesto in Don Pasquale, and join the Cincinnati Symphony for Handel’s Messiah, Opera Grand Rapids as Ferrando in Cosi fan Tutte.  In the summer 2008 he debuted the Spoleto Festival as Kinnah in Amistad. His formative years as a singer were connected with the San Francisco Opera as a Merola Opera Program participant and an SFO Adler Fellow. In 2001, Norman was selected as a winner of the distinguished ARIA award.

DAVID ADAM MOORE - GUGLIELMO (2/25 & 2/27)
As a native Texan and a graduate of Oberlin Conservatory and the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music, David Adam Moore has made frequent appearances at Seattle Opera, with previous roles including Guglielmo in Così fan tutte and Jake Wallace in La fanciulla del West. He recently joined Pittsburgh Opera for the title role in Billy Budd, Fort Worth Opera for Prior Walter in Angels in America and Opera Pacific for Belcore in L’elisir d’amore.  His other noted performances include his New York City Opera debut as Papageno in Die Zauberflöte and Mercutio in Roméo et Juliette with the Opera Theater of Saint Louis and Utah Opera. His made his international debut at Staatsoper Hannover as Figaro in Il barbiere di siviglia and the title role in Don Giovanni. Moore has received awards in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and was recognized recently in a cover feature by Arts Patron magazine as one of the ten most promising artists to emerge from the Northwest.
